YT Pro Analytics ("we", "us", or "our") operates ytproanalytics.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in via Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google OAuth. We do not access your Google account data beyond what is needed for authentication.

Payment Information

Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card number, UPI ID, or bank account details on our servers. We receive and store a payment ID, order ID, plan ID, and the amount paid (in paisa) for record-keeping and subscription management. If you pay via bank transfer, we store your UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number.

Subscription Data

We store your subscription plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or Agency), status (active / pending / expired), and expiry date.

YouTube Data

We display publicly available YouTube channel statistics — such as subscriber counts, video view counts, upload frequency, and engagement metrics — fetched via the YouTube Data API or equivalent public sources. We do not access any private YouTube account data, watch history, or personal information of channel owners or viewers.

Usage Data

We may collect standard server-side logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security, debugging, and improving the service.

• To create and manage your account
• To process and verify payments via Razorpay
• To provision and enforce your subscription tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency)
• To send transactional emails (e.g. payment confirmation, account updates)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• To improve and maintain the platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We use cookies and browser storage to maintain your login session (via Supabase Auth). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will log you out of your account.

We retain your account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and business purposes. Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

YT Pro Analytics is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement industry-standard measures including HTTPS, Row-Level Security on our database, and server-side session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
