These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ytproanalytics.com and all related services operated by YT Pro Analytics ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

YT Pro Analytics is a YouTube channel analytics tool that displays publicly available channel and video statistics — including subscriber counts, view counts, engagement metrics, Shorts performance, and upload patterns. The service is offered in four tiers:

Features and limits for each plan are defined on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed via Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee for your selected plan. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Subscription Period

Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of payment or activation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry to maintain uninterrupted access.

Payment Methods

We accept all payment methods supported by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). You may also pay via direct bank transfer and submit your UTR number for manual verification; manual verifications may take up to 24 hours.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days at admin@ytproanalytics.com and we will review your case.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform in bulk
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or subscription enforcement
• Share your paid account credentials to provide unauthorised access to others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organisation

5. YouTube Data

All YouTube data displayed by YT Pro Analytics is sourced from publicly available information via the YouTube Data API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube or Google LLC. Channel statistics, view counts, and engagement data are retrieved in real time or cached and may not reflect the exact current values shown on YouTube. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

6. Intellectual Property

The YT Pro Analytics name, logo, design, and all original content on this platform are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent. YouTube channel names, thumbnails, and statistics displayed are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Data displayed is accurate, complete, or up to date
• Results from using the service will meet your expectations

Analytics data is intended for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YT Pro Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
